Profiling

Cultural Based Profiling

Behavioural or personality profiling is scientifically designed to reduce uncertainty in staff selection by matching individuals against an ideal position blue print.

The psychometric assessment is a scientifically designed method for measuring work related characteristics and matching candidates with occupational requirements.  This ratifies a comprehensive evaluation ensuring the best possible choice is made whilst assisting with the successful development of the new employee.

We can also provide psychometric assessments as part of the recruitment process at the Clients request.

Position Briefing

The success of the appointment is determined by how well the position description is defined.  A comprehensive position brief can save time and money and ensure a most successful hiring.  We are able to help the Clients identify what the core competencies for each role are and the key selection criteria for the position.

Interviewing

Experienced in the use of BDI (Behavioural Description Interviewing), BDI has a proven track record of probing the skills, personality and performance potential of candidates in order to enhance the chances of making the right choice.  Importantly, it reduces the reliance on "first impression" evaluation and ensures every good candidate has the opportunity to be considered and not judged solely on Resume and Interview alone.  It is the experience and maturity of the RNI Team that enables correct shorlisting decisions to be made, rather than just focusing on expediating recruitment assessments.

Appointment Confirmation

Our Clients will gain assurance that the successful candidate will have undergone a comprehensive briefing prior to appointment. 

We work closely with the Clients new employee to finalise all the appropriate paper work and commencement details. 

Post Placement Support

We regularly nurture our candidates and monitor performance over the initial stage of employment providing assistance where required to ease the settling in period.

 

 

 

 

Advertising

We have extensive experience in designing eye catching and compelling hard copy to cast a wider net.  We can take care of preparing the adverts and placing them in the appropriate media.

Shortlisting

We will provide a short list of candidates we have interviewed and whom clearly meet the Clients specific requirements.  A consultant report on each candidate is provided with the candidates resume.

Reference Checking

We use a competency based reference model that covers an extensive range of questions.  A detailed summary of the successful candidates referee's comments is provided before offers are made.

Replacement Coverage

RNI Talent Solutions are committed to protecting our Clients with a 3 month replacement coverage for permanent staff.
